CEFE Group was founded in 2004, in Afghanistan, with a humble beginning as a small enterprise providing support functions to the U.S Government, in areas such as energy, logistics, construction and housing. From the very start, the company was committed to delivering high-quality services and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Through the years, CEFE Group has grown significantly, expanding its services and capabilities. The company has diversified its business operations and has entered into new industries such as oil and gas trading, logistics, risk management, investment and real estate development, and construction.
Management
Management Structure
CEFE Group’s management structure is based on a clear chain of command, which allows for effective decision-making and efficient communication throughout the organization. At the top of the management structure is the Board of Directors, who are responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of the company, and making major decisions.
Reporting to the Board of Directors is the CEO, who is responsible for the overall management and operation of the company, and is the main point of contact between the Board of Directors and the management team. The CEO is supported by a team of senior managers, who are responsible for the day-to-day management of the different business units within the company.
